 |
| 1 / Prepare the substrate |
| Test the condition of the substrate.
If necessary, pre-treat properly. |
|
| |
 |
| Apply tap water to fabric using
Vitrulan's »aqua quick machine«, a paint roller, brush or other
suitable pasting machine. Book fabric lengths. |
|
| |
 |
| 3 / Allow time to activate adhesive |
| Allow a minimum of 3, but not more
than 10 minutes depending on the design and ambient temperature to activate
the adhesive. |
|
| |
 |
| Hang the fabric length on the wall.
At this time, you can easily move and realign the fabric length on the wall
as often as necessary. |
|
| |
 |
| Adhesive ‘open time’ is
approximately 20 minutes, there after the fabric willbond firmly with the
substrate. |
|
| |
 |
| The fabric lengths will dry thoroughly in only 7 to 12 hours. |
|
| |
 |
| Roll on paint after the glass déco
fabric has dried and then allow the paint to dry thoroughly. Usually one
coat of paint is sufficient when using white or pastel colors. |

The Pro for Pros
Using the water pasting machine (»aqua
quick«),
handling is child's play. Just fill the water tray with clean tap water, pull
the fabric lengths through the machine, allow adhesive to activate and start
hanging. |
