»Lean
is beautiful« – with the super-lean Vitrulan®
glass reinforcement mesh
W 3003 you can save a lot of money,
since 20 % less resin is required for the reinforcement
of your valuable marble slabs! |
|
| |
| Simple processing
due to unique characteristics |
|
Optimized
for rigorous use in the reinforcement of marble
slabs, the reinforcement mesh W 3003
has the ideal level of thickness to ensure excellent
processing characteristics. Fibreglass mesh is
easy to apply: it can be laid flat and smooth
on marble slabs, thus enabling even distribution
of resin. It does not warp or streak easily. |
In
case of machine application, the special surface
structure of this glass reinforcement mesh offers
an optimum holding surface for pneumatic lifting
devices. The flexible fabric widths classified
in 100-mm stages from 1000 to 2000 mm give you
a perfect result even where unconventional processing
widths are involved. |
|
 |
|
| |
| Up to 20 % more strength,
for optimum stone protection |
|
The
strength and expansion values of the glass reinforcement
mesh W 3003 speak for themselves:
In spite of its relatively low thickness, this
special mesh guarantees up to 20 % higher strength
both in the longitudinal as well as both in the
transverse direction, in comparison to wovan-like
structures - even in the case of sudden application
of force! The balanced and uniform appearance
ensures a homogeneous product that is only visually
attractive, but also guarantees the immediate
linear absorption of force. This optimises the
reinforcing action and thereby ensures that precious
marble retains its attractiveness in the long-term
even with fast installation and adverse transport
conditions. |
